With Support from the USAID/Maternal Child Health and Nutrition Activity, the convention will be hosted by Uganda Healthcare Federation in partnership with the Ministry of Health under the theme “Sustainable Investment in Infection Prevention and Control (IPC): Practical Solutions for private health service providers”.

The half-day event will bring together health professionals from hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, laboratories, and drug shops, as well as health advocates, and development partners to dialogue on how private health facilities can be supported to improve the quality, access, and affordability of health care.

Furthermore, the convention expected to have over 200 delegates, will be a platform to exchange knowledge, discuss best practices and identify potential solutions for the prevention and control of infectious diseases.
