Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

Lillian supports all UHF activities in monitoring, evaluation and learning. She is a methodical worker with a keen eye for detail steering the UHF project planning and management process, ensuring the tracking of indicators and timelines for efficient and timely delivery of project and UHF annual workplan deliverables. Lillian has mastered prioritization of tasks in the busy UHF work environment, well served by her flexible, team focused, can-do attitude. Lillian leads the data extraction and analysis with a private sector lens, she has compiled reports and analyses that have guided the UHF approach and informed the concepts used to develop digital innovations to support strengthening data reporting into DHIS2.

Lillian has extracted learnings and shaped recommendation based on data sets that have been translated into the system reports for the recently digitized self-regulatory quality improvement system for quality improvement in private facilities. Lillian coordinated the focal persons charged with onboarding private health facilities in 12 cities, as COVID-19 vaccine static sites with support from USAID Health System Strengthening Activity and USAID Maternal Child Health Nutrition Activity.

Lillian tracked data over 6months and mapped out data informed strategies to prioritize facilities targeted, and monitored vaccine administration data capture into DHIS2 and EPIVAC to ensure reflection of the private health sector contribution accurately.
